Your application process

1) Complete the application. 

2) Upload the required documents, including proof of English proficiency. 

3) Submit the application. Mind the timeline! 

Your admission and registration process follows these steps:

1. Submit your application
To apply, you submit your application and the required supporting documents to the Admission Officer, who will guide you through the process and support you with any questions along the way.

2. Application review
Your application is reviewed by the Program Committee to verify that you meet the minimum eligibility requirements and that all required documents have been submitted.

3. Evaluation of the application file
The Committee evaluates your application file and supporting documentation, including your academic background, qualifications, and overall profile.

4. Interview stage
Shortlisted applicants who meet the requirements and have submitted the necessary documents are invited to participate in an online interview conducted by members of the Committee.

5. Evaluation and ranking of candidates
Applications are evaluated based on the submitted documents and the interview. The assessment follows the chronological order of receipt of applications.

6. Final selection of candidates
After completing the evaluation process, the Committee prepares the final ranking list of successful candidates and, where applicable, a list of runners-up. The final number of admitted students is up to forty (40) per year, while the minimum number required for the Program to operate is ten (10).

7. Enrolment at the University
Successful applicants complete the enrolment process within fifteen (15) days following the relevant announcement by the Program Secretariat, according to the instructions provided and by submitting any required documents and the relevant tuition fee deposit.

  • Academic background: A secondary school graduation diploma (or equivalent) that provides access to higher education in the country of origin.
  • English language proficiency: Certified at B2 level or higher (e.g. Academic IELTS minimum 6.0, TOEFL Minimum 79/120 , Cambridge, or equivalent).
  • Personal interview: An online interview assessing communication, academic readiness, and critical thinking on social and legal issues.

 

The following qualifications are considered positively but are not mandatory:

  • Overall secondary school grade of 70% or above
  • International Baccalaureate (IB): 28/45 or above
  • GCE A-levels: at least BBB in three subjects
  • SAT: 1200/1600 or above; ACT: 25/36 or above
  • LNAT: 22/42 or above in Section A
  • AP: score of 4 or 5 in relevant subjects
  •  
  • Copy of passport or national ID
  • Secondary school graduation diploma (with official English translation), or a certificate confirming expected graduation
  • Certificate of access to higher education in the country of graduation (required where the diploma is issued by a college or institution that does not grant a standard secondary school leaving certificate)
  • Transcript of grades for the final two years of secondary school (with official English translation). Applicants who have not yet graduated may submit the previous year’s grades along with predicted scores (applicable to IB and A-level candidates)
  • English language proficiency certificate at B2 level or higher (e.g. IELTS Academic 6.0, TOEFL 79/120, or equivalent ASEP-recognised certificate)
  • Motivation letter (up to 500 words)
  • Short curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Results of university entrance examinations, if available
  •  

€6,000

per Academic Year

The total tuition fee is €24,000.

Tuition fees are paid in eight (8) equal instalments of €3,000: the first during enrolment and the remaining before the start of each semester. Payments are made electronically to ELKE AUTH.

At the application stage, a non-refundable application fee of €150 is required. Applications are not processed without proof of payment.

Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of €1,350 is required and is counted toward the tuition fees.

Failure to complete enrolment and pay the deposit within the deadline results in loss of the offered place, which may be offered to the next eligible candidate.
